Tu's Quick Cardio work-outs

High intensity interval training is a great way to get your body heated up for a longer period of time and sweating.I love to goto Skyline College Track to do my sprints
I usually warm-up with 2 laps including side steps, karaokes, side cross overs, back pedals, back pedal with one leg, skipping, galloping, high knee skip.

2-4-6
2- 400 yds sprints
4- 200 yds sprints
6- 100 yds sprints

6-6-6
(is not the mark of THE BEAST. lol.)
6- 100 yds sprints
6- stairs (80+ steps)
6- 1 minute skipping rope sprints (15 sec rest)

1000 yard rain
10- 100 yds sprints (jog or walk arches or cut across track)

1-3-5
1- 400 yds. sprints
3- 200
5- 100

1-2-3-4-5
1-400
2-300
3-200
4-100
5-stairs


Skyline Stairs (about 82 steps)
10- stair sprints

Stairway to 16th Ave & Moraga
5- tile stair sprints (walking it is cool, too bc there's something like 160 steps)

OVER THE HILL (16th & Moraga-14th Ave & Moraga)
walk or jog up tile stairs, up wooden stairs, over hill, down concrete stairs and then back 3-5 times

SKIP ROPE
interval skipping for 15-20 minutes


SHADOW BOXING/ KICK BOXING
20-30 minutes22nd St. & Church ( steps)
5-10 sprints.


BURPIES
5-10 sets of 10 burpies with 30 sec break


Mix it up and stay healthy out there.
