The word, “know” means to have knowledge in an intimate way, i.e., marital relationships.
YADA is the Hebrew for word, “KNOW.”

***Mary is sharing the fact that she has not known a man intimately in a sexual manner in order to have a baby.

***Jesus is God and knows everything. He is omniscient. So, to not know someone does not mean He does not know about them. Knowing is being used in the sense that He does not know them intimately as His bride, sheep, people, chosen, elect….
