4.  CHURCH is a bad translation for EKKLESIA.  Ekklesia means CALLED OUT assembly or congregation of believers.  What were they being called out from?  World system, religious system, Old Covenant Law, nations...?  Why were they being called out?   The elect remnant of Israel were the called out ones from the nations by The Gospel because God scattered them into the nations for their sin. YHWH prophesied in the OT that He would regather them in the latter days or last days (30-70AD). Is the Ekklesia still around?  Is the OC still around?  What are people in "church" buildings doing if the Ekklesia ain't around? Dry Fasting is fasting from any food and water.  There is Soft Dry Fasting where one may brush teeth, wash face, shower... There is also Hard Dry Fasting with no food and no contact with water whatsoever.

Scripture teaches as well as many other religions speak of DRY FASTING several days often for many spiritual, mental, emotional, physiological benefits.

There are so many benefits to DRY FASTING: Body reset, detoxification, cleansing, weight loss, autophagy/ ketosis (body eats up fat and toxins for energy), KILLS CANCER, balance insulin, reduces inflammation, improves skin, diabetes, lower high blood pressure, reduces heart disease, improves bone density, GUT BACTERIA, rest digestive system so body/ blood can focus on repairs, blood improves... which means the body releases stem cells to repair any body part.

It’s interesting that modern medicine teaches that people would die after 3 days of no water. I have noticed many religions and cultures where people DRY FAST from food and water for a few days, a month, 40 days, some claim over 100 days and even a year like among Indian Yogis.  

“Go, gather all the Jews to be found in Susa, and hold a fast on my behalf, and DO NOT EAT OR DRINK for three days, night or day. I and my young women will also fast as you do. Then I will go to the king, though it is against the law, and if I perish, I perish.”   Esther 4:16

**The word “perdition” means utter destruction, loss, damnation, punishment of the sinful.  Again, Christ loses none of whom The Father had given Him except for the son of perdition, Judas Iscariot.
