YHWH prophesied through Moses that Israel would be SCATTERED among the nations and essentially become like pagans GENTILES/ NATIONS for their sin and idolatry. YHWH also prophesied that Israel would be regathered in THE LATTER DAYS which were 30-70 AD.

Many Christians are NOT aware of YHWH scattering Israel because they do not study the Old Testament. They are unaware of the divided kingdom where the Northern Kingdom of 10 tribes were scattered by the Assyrian empire used by YHWH and the Southern Kingdom of 2 tribes exiled by the Babylonians also used by YHWH to do His will. The Northern (Israel) and Southern (Judah) kingdoms did not like each other. This is the strife Paul speaks of in Ephesians.

DEUT 4:27-31
27 And THE LORD WILL SCATTER YOU AMONG THE PEOPLES (nations), and you will be left few in number AMONG THE NATIONS where the Lord will drive you. 28 And there you will serve gods, the work of men’s hands, wood and stone, which neither see nor hear nor eat nor smell. 29 But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul. 30 When you are in distress, and ALL THESE THINGS COME UPON YOU IN THE LATTER DAYS, WHEN YOU TURN TO THE LORD YOUR GOD AND OBEY HIS VOICE31 (for the Lord your God is a merciful God), He will not forsake you nor destroy you, NOR FORGET THE COVENANT OF YOUR FATHERS WHICH HE SWORE TO THEM.

Leviticus 26:32-34 32 I myself will lay waste the land, so that your enemies who live there will be appalled. 33 And I will SCATTER YOU AMONG THE NATIONS, and I will unsheathe the sword after you, and your land shall be a desolation, and your cities shall be a waste. 34 Then the land will enjoy its sabbath years all the time that it lies desolate and you are in the country of your enemies; then the land will rest and enjoy its sabbaths.
Deuteronomy 4:26-28 I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that you will soon utterly perish from the land that you are going over the Jordan to possess. You will not live long in it, but will be utterly destroyed. 27 And the Lord will SCATTER YOU AMONG THE PEOPLES, and you will be left few in number among the nations where the Lord will drive you. 28 And there you will serve gods of wood and stone, the work of human hands, that neither see, nor hear, nor eat, nor smell.
Deuteronomy 28:63-65 And it shall come to pass that as the LORD rejoiced over you to do you good and to multiply you; so the LORD will rejoice over you to cause you to perish and to destroy you; and ye shall be plucked from off the land into which thou dost enter in to inherit it. 64 And the LORD SHALL SCATTER thee among all the peoples from the one end of the earth even unto the other; and there thou shalt serve other gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, even wood and stone. 65 Neither shalt thou find rest among these Gentiles, neither shall the sole of thy foot have rest; but there the LORD shall give thee a trembling heart and failing of eyes and sorrow of soul

***ISRAEL'S LAW was different from every other people, therefore, the world of Samoans, Koreans, Mexicans.... were never under God's Law to Israel!
YOU HAVE MADE US LIKE SHEEP FOR SLAUGHTER AND HAVE SCATTERED US AMONG THE NATIONS.
and would MAKE THEIR OFFSPRING FALL AMONG THE NATIONS, SCATTERING THEM AMONG THE LANDS.
I WILL SCATTER THEM AMONG THE NATIONS WHOM NEITHER THEY NOR THEIR FATHERS HAVE KNOWN, and I will send the sword after them, until I have consumed them.”
For I am with you to save you, declares the Lord; I WILL MAKE A FULL END OF ALL THE NATIONS AMONG WHOM I SCATTERED YOU, but of you I will not make a full end. I will discipline you in just measure, and I will by no means leave you unpunished.

AS A SHEPHERD SEEKS OUT HIS FLOCK WHEN HE IS AMONG HIS SHEEP THAT HAVE BEEN SCATTERED, SO WILL I SEEK OUT MY SHEEP, AND I WILL RESCUE THEM FROM ALL PLACES WHERE THEY HAVE BEEN SCATTERED ON A DAY OF CLOUDS AND THICK DARKNESS.
***Who came seeking for His sheep and called Hinself The Good Shepherd who lays down His life for His sheep?
I SCATTERED THEM AMONG THE NATIONS, AND THEY WERE DISPERSED THROUGH THE COUNTRIES. In accordance with their ways and their deeds I judged them.
***If the scattered and dispersed was Israel in the OT, can they be a different group in the NT? Yes, if one does not study the OT! For the dense, the answer is NO!!!
“AND I SCATTERED THEM WITH A WHIRLWIND AMONG ALL THE NATIONS THAT THEY HAD NOT KNOWN. Thus the land they left was desolate, so that no one went to and fro, and the pleasant land was made desolate.”
THOUGH I SCATTERED THEM AMONG THE NATIONS, yet in far countries they shall remember me, and WITH THEIR CHILDREN THEY SHALL LIVE AND RETURN.
Isaiah 60:4
Lift up your eyes all around, and see; they all gather together, they come to you; your sons shall come from AFAR, and your daughters shall be carried on the hip.
Jeremiah 31:10
“Hear the word of the Lord, O nations, and declare it in the coastlands far away; say, ‘He who SCATTERED ISRAEL WILL GATHER HIM, and will keep him as a shepherd keeps his flock.’
Ephesians 2:13
But now in Christ Jesus you who once were FAR OFF have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
Paul connects to Isaiah, Ezekiel, Daniel to show THE FAR OFF ONES are among the Ephesians.
John 11:51-52
He did not say this of his own accord, but being high priest that year he prophesied that Jesus would die for the nation, 52 and not for the nation only, but also to gather into one the children of God who are SCATTERED ABROAD.
***Who were THE CHILDREN OF GOD SCATTERED ABROAD??? Samoans, Koreans, Filipinos...? No, SCATTERED ISRAEL PROPHESIED TO BE GATHERED BACK!!!!
Isaiah 11:11-13 (NASB)
11 Then it will happen on that day that the Lord
Will again recover the second time with His hand
THE REMNANT OF HIS PEOPLE, who will remain, From Assyria, Egypt, Pathros, Cush, Elam, Shinar, Hamath, And from the islands of the sea.
12 And HE WILL LIFT UP A STANDARD FOR THE NATIONS AND ASSEMBLE THE BANISHED ONES OF ISRAEL, AND WILL GATHER THE DISPERSED OF JUDAH FROM THE FOUR CORNERS OF THE EARTH.
13 Then the jealousy of Ephraim will depart,
And those who harass Judah will be cut off;
Ephraim will not be jealous of Judah,
And Judah will not harass Ephraim.
Isaiah 43:5-6
Fear not, for I am with you; I will bring your offspring from the EAST, and from the WEST I will GATHER YOU.

Luke 13:28-29
In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God but you yourselves cast out. 29 And PEOPLE WILL COME from EAST and WEST, and from NORTH and SOUTH, and recline at table in the kingdom of God.
