MY TEETH ON CARNIVORE
Is it just me or are other carnivores experiencing better oral health!? Since being on carnivore for almost 3 months, my teeth, gums and mouth feel very healthy and strong. Prior to carnivore, I had 2 loose teeth and sensitive gums. It’s amazing how my bite and teeth feel super strong, when there used to be sensitivity and concern of my teeth breaking if I bit down too hard. I heard on a podcast that carnivore creates better gut and mouth bacteria where the teeth, gums and mouth are naturally taken care of by the good bacteria where brushing is not necessary.
That’s an interesting concept when viewing nature and not noticing animals flossing and brushing their teeth in the wild with poisonous fluoride. Lol. Do animals get cavities when eating their natural optimal health diet? Nope!
When did this brushing teeth begin? And then with poisonous fluoride?
When folk started eating lots of carbs and sugars which is horrible for optimal health!
Humans in the West have gotten off their proper diet that gives them optimal health which is the carnivore diet, and replaced it with a high sugar carbohydrate diet that is destroying teeth, gums, mouth, and overall health. It’s incredible how animals in the wild know by instinct what foods are best for them. Humans have loss this instinct because of all the fake sugar carb drugged foods that we are addicted to pushed on us by big food corporations making bank off of killing slowly!
Like animals that eat their proper diet, so, too, humans produce good gut and mouth bacteria that keeps the body, teeth, mouth healthy, strong and free from decay!
