How to setup Karaoke like a Pro!

It’s real simple. 

Get a badass laptop computer with all the whistles: insane RAM, memory, graphics…  I have a MacBook Pro   

You just need 1 or 2 tv monitors (1 big tv facing audience n 1 small facing singer(s),

1-6 mics   I have a top of the line mics called Shure and another generic brand.  

HDMI SPLITTER with at least 2 ports,

2-3 small (2-3ft) hdmi cables

& 1 long (10ft + depending on ur set up) HDMI cables, 

Make sure venue has strong internet. Most of my parties below, I just use YouTube. I type the song then the word “karaoke” after n BOOM u got the karaoke song. Make sure u get a commercial blocker on ur computer’s browser. I have a Mac n use ADGUARD on safari. 

HDMI connections are used to project the karaoke video on all monitors used   

Below is my power amp mixer with passive speakers 

Audio Jack from computer goes into an amp that projects the music!

Below is a mixer used with powered speakers 

The four middle colored wires are connected to wireless microphone unit   

Microphones with cables are good too.
