ALL ROADS LEAD TO PHRYGIA

 

Eight states in the USA feature a Phrygian cap (also known as a Liberty cap) on their flags or seals

. 

1. Idaho: The Phrygian cap is featured on the Idaho state flag, as part of its official seal.
2. West Virginia: The Phrygian cap is on the state flag of West Virginia, also as part of its official seal.
3. New Jersey: The Phrygian cap appears on the New Jersey state flag and seal.
4. New York: The Phrygian cap is included on the state flag of New York.
5. Arkansas: The Great Seal of Arkansas features the Phrygian cap.
6. Iowa: The Phrygian cap appears on the state seal of Iowa.
7. North Carolina: The Phrygian cap is present on the state seal of North Carolina.
8. Virginia: The Phrygian cap is found on the reverse side of the Seal of Virginia. 

In addition to these states, the Phrygian cap can also be seen on the official seal of the United States Senate and the Seal of the U.S. Army.
