WORLDVIEW QUESTIONS

Every worldview out there from different cultures, religions, creeds are trying to answer the same fundamental questions of the human condition or the ultimate questions of life. A worldview is a set of deep imbedded assumptions, values, truths about the world that are learned from our family, environment, culture, schools, indoctrination, social influences, media…that create a particular shaded lens/ sunglasses that filters how one views the world. These shades are a foundational grid by which one interprets the world through.
All Worldviews try to answer the deep questions of life:
ORIGIN -
Where did universe and man come from? What is man? Does God or gods exists? Aliens? Did the universe create itself? Has the universe always been here? Is the universe an illusion or dream? Does something or anything exist? Did life come from non-life? Did intelligence come from non-intelligence? Big Bang Evolution? Is matter eternal or did it come from non-matter? Are we in a realm, the matrix?
REALITY -
Is everything physical? Are we in a dream, illusion, The Matrix? Is there a spiritual realm? Does heaven exist? hell? Nirvana? Miya? Where is the non-physical realm? Are we each ultimately alone in our body or mind? Is earth a globe? Flat? Or something else? A realm?
PURPOSE -
What is the purpose or meaning of man or for man? Why are we here? What must one do to live the most happiest fulfilled meaningful well lived life? Are we just born to wait in line to die? What is it about humans that question and powder if there is a purpose?
KNOWLEDGE -
How does one know that he knows anything? How do we know, what we know? What is Truth? Is Truth relative? Does Truth exist? Is it true that there is no truth? What is necessary to know? What are the preconditions to know something? What is logic? Whose logic? Is it time spent familiarizing awareness through observation, inquiry, information?
MORALITY -
How should one live? How should one treat others? Is it ok to murder, commit adultery, rape, steal, lie? Is it ok to torture babies for fun? Is it ok for Mother’s to kill their babies after they are born if they do not want them anymore? What makes slavery wrong? Is it wrong to steal? Says who or says what authority? Is it ok for government to steal through taxes? Is morality absolute or relative or something else? What is Justice? Truth from Lie? Right from Wrong? Good from Bad?
CONDITION -
Why are we the way we are? Why are we dying? Is this existence all there is? Why do we hunger and not just for food? Why do we suffer physically, mentally, socially, spiritually…? Are we just bags of bio junk walking around for x amount of years before we terminate like the animals? Are we different from animals?
SALVATION -
What must one do to be righteous & transcend, attain heaven/ self-actualization, peace with God? Can man live forever? Is this life existence all that there is? Is there life after physical death?
DEATH/ FUTURE -
Is there life after physical death? Heaven? Hell? Reincarnation? What comes after death? Can one know about the future? Is this life all that there is? Are we all just waiting in line to die?
