Notice the explosion of the Christian population after The Protestant Reformation (1517-1648) and Bibles mass produced by the invention of the printing press (1455) by German badass, Johann Gutenburg! Also, notice the Christian population hovering around 100,000 for the first 1,400 years.
First printed English Bible was in 1530 by William Tyndale. Catholics strangled and killed him and then burned his body for this sinful act against the pagan catholic empire's dogmatic orders! Yes, Catholics used to kill people for possessing, circulating or reading the bible (They some evil satanists!).
The first complete Christian Bible in a single volume was the Codex Sinaiticus, a 4th-century manuscript containing the entire New Testament and most of the Old Testament in Greek, though the official canon of 73 books was affirmed in the late 4th century by church councils like Rome (382 AD) and Carthage (397 AD). St. Jerome later compiled the widely known Vulgate in Latin around 400 AD, standardizing the biblical text for the Catholic Church.
So, the first Bible with 73 books Old & New Testaments wasn't put together until 300 years after the events of the New Testament.
The 1st-3rd century Christians didn't have a completed bible in hand as they spread the faith.
According to Scripture, The Holy Spirit was poured out on the church (the ekklesia) and this was around 33AD. The Spirit empowered Christians with gifts (speaking in tongues, word, healing, prophecies, miracles...) to spread The Great Commission Gospel message and they succeeded. There was no way these Holy Spirit filled believers could fail. They completed the mission to the world (covenant world of Israel aka the lost sheep of the house of Israel) by 70AD!
Christ returned, resurrection, Judgment, marriage of Christ and His Bride the Ekklesia and they now live happily ever after...
The End.
The masses of people throughout history and world haven't had access to the Bible to read in their native language until the last few centuries.
It makes no sense to have tons of imminent time statements in The New Testament of events ABOUT TO, soon, AT HAND, in a little while, THIS GENERATION... have the same meaning 1600-2000 years later! That's beyond retarded! Anyhu....
