The Church of Satan aka "Black House" 6114 California St. 1966-1997. (Demolished in 2001)

 

The original San Francisco headquarters of the Church of Satan, known as the "Black House," was located at 6114 California Street but was demolished in 2001. The Black House was Anton LaVey's residence and the center of his activities from 1966 until his death in 1997. The current Church of Satan does not have a physical headquarters in San Francisco; the former site is now an area with condos.
