Be open minded!  Ask why hasn’t the diet that you have been on healed you and provided changing results!!?? If you keep eating the same way, do you really expect anything to change?  Physical health is 85% of what one eats and 10% sleep and 5% exercise.  

Is it the junk and poisons (sugar, carbs, processed "foods"... and other drugs that govt is using to get you addicted) that you’re fueling your body with, or is it nutrient dense optimal foods for the human body?
