37 For as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 

38For as in those days before the flood THEY were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, 

39and THEY were unaware until the flood came and TOOK them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 

40Then two men will be in the field; one will be TAKEN and one LEFT. 

41 Two women will be grinding at the mill; one will be TAKEN and one LEFT.

**Who are the "they" in v 38?  Is it not those outside the ark eating and drinking who did not heed God’s warning through Noah?  

This is where you say, "yes."

Who gets taken away by the flood or into judgment?  

The rebellious people outside the ark who did not believe the message of warning from God through Noah!

So, at the coming of the Son of Man v37,39 which Yeshua said would happen in “this generation” (30-70AD) v34, who gets TAKEN AWAY, according to this passage? 
A: The evil unbelieving folk get taken away in judgment by the judgment that fell upon that generation (30-70AD) on Jerusalem by God via The Roman Armies aka The Coming of The Lord!
