I’ve done some very bad things in my past to men on the streets with my fists and it happened in seconds. They got stupid and I put them to sleep in a horizontal plane. I truly believe it came from thousands of hours of training in the ring sparring, hitting bags, shadow boxing, sprinting, strategizing how to beat the sheet out of another man in seconds. Plus, the average Joe on the street is all lip and no skills. It's gonna be a BAD DAY for them going up against a National Champion, 7x State Champ. When I have a passion for something like fighting, I pay my dues and put my time in.

We know this passage is speaking of Christ being born under the law (Old Covenant Law) to redeem (SAVE) those under the law which was ISRAEL ONLY. This was fulfilled at the return of Christ in 70AD. No non-israelite had YHWH's Law were they were under its blessings and curses.
Since Israel was the only ones UNDER THE LAW, they were the only one's who could biblically SIN against it and die! Are you UNDER THE LAW according to the Bible? This is where you answer, "NO!" Therefore, Christ cannot, will not, and does not need to REDEEM you! You were never condemned in sin UNDER THE LAW or even part of the Bible story narrative! So, you don't need redeeming! The God of the Bible is a regional Middle Eastern God that's called, "The God of Israel" over 200 times in the bible. So, how does this God become the God of the Egyptians, Assyrians, Babylonians, Samoans, Indians, Mexicans, Koreans...?
In v5, the "WE" is Paul and The ekklesia/church in Galatia which had scattered gentile Israelites. They were promised adoption and being regathered and brought back into covenant with God and called His children again because the backstory in the OT is The House of Israel in the North during the Divided Kingdom went wild idolatrous adulterous whore worshiping false gods, not keeping THE LAW, and so, YHWH cut them off from covenant, divorced them and scattered them into the nations! 1. The Bible was written to, for, and about Israel Only.

For those who do not know their bibles, Israel became a divided Kingdom with the house of Judah in the south with 2 tribes, and the house of Israel in the north with 10 tribes. The Northern Kingdom went full pagan gentile by worshipping idols and false gods. YHWH cut them off from covenant, divorced them, called them, "NOT MY PEOPLE" and scattered their asses into the nations. He promised to regather them in the latter days (30-70AD) and also restore them to being His Children again via adoption.
Since Israel was called "NOT GOD's PEOPLE" in Hosea because God cut them off from covenant, then they are just like any other peoples, nations or GENTILES.
Scattered Israel were the gentiles that we see in the NT addressed by the apostles. Paul and Peter site Hosea in confirming that the gentiles are scattered Israel.
FYI, the Israelites, House of Israel in the north with 10 tribes, were HATED by their brothers the Jews in the south, House of Judah with 2 tribes because they were divorced and cut off from God for their adultery and idolatry, not keeping THE LAW, not being circumcised, and living like pagans. The Jews called their Israelite brothers in a derogatory way gentiles (peoples, nations), greeks, samaritans, dogs... because the Israelites were lawless covenant breakers and they wanted to show that they were clean and separated from them. And this ladies and gents is the prodigal son parable and almost every other parable Christ gave (the 2 sons, divided kingdom, 2 houses/2 kingdoms of Israel/Judah).

RECONCILIATION can only happen if there was a RELATIONSHIP in the first place that broke-up and later gets REUNITED! That's the Scattered House of Israel in the North getting brought back into fellowship with God as children of God, and also RECONCILED with their southern brother, the House of Judah, the Jews and THE KINGDOM WAS RESTORED WITH KING YESHUA. This all happened by 70AD.
