Does GOD LOVE YOU and have a wonderful plan for your life!!!???

“Christians” today allegedly filled with The Holy Spirit, typically when evangelizing say to non-Christians that “GOD LOVES YOU and has a wonderful plan for your life!”  

What Scriptures do "Christians" use to justify telling non-Christians that "God loves you," "Jesus loves you," and "has a wonderful plan for your life!???"

Are these true statements and what Scriptures would one use to support this?  Or are these just marketing techniques used to recruit more to churchianity by taking Scripture out of context!?  

Is it possible that some people that hear this "Gospel" message from a "Christian" reject it, exist in a horrific rest of his/her life, and according to Christian theology end of up in HELL, thus making God’s love for them and His wonderful plan a LIE?

Can wannabe Christians just show the Bible verses that teach, “GOD LOVES YOU!” without taking it out of context!?

Much of churchianity is based on taking words and passages out of context!  A BIG FUNDAMENTAL ERROR is not identifying who Scripture is written to, for and about; and just assuming you’re the main character and subject!!!

Where is the scripture that teaches that the God of the Bible loves you and is your God?   

Below are some verses that come close, but don't state that "God loves "YOU"" with "you" being the one reading this as the antecedent of "you!"  Remember, the Bible was written 2000-3500 years ago, so how do "you" know that "you" are the one in context 2000-3500 years later???

Deuteronomy 23:5

However, the Lord your God would not listen to Balaam but turned the curse into a blessing for you, because the Lord your God loves you.

**The antecedent of the "you" here is Israel in the context after Moses received The Law and preparing Israel to enter the Promise land.

John 16:27

No, the Father himself loves you because you have loved me and have believed that I came from God.

**The antecedent of "you" here are Yeshua's Israeli disciples and Apostles.

2 Corinthians 9:7

Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

**We have the first 2 words "God loves..." with no "you," but "a cheerful giver." What context was this written in, to, for and about?  The Ekklesia in Corinth during the last days (30-70AD) when persecutions and tribulation was happening to God's People.

The God of the Bible is benevolent and loving to all His creation in a general sense.

Matt 5:44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45 that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46 If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that?
