I lived in Hawaii 1997-2000 and brought back a gift of psoriasis/ eczema that has been with me for over 20+ years. First month into carnivore, no more itching and skin goes super smooth like in the last 2 pics!

Skin tag falls off under my eye. Skin tags are known to shrink or fall off on carnivore!  They are due to too much sugar & carbs!


Yah yah!  I heard all the meat propaganda for decades because I got duped believing it just like many still do!  Lol
Govt has LIED to us about so many fricken things that it will disturb you to the core if I listed them!  Just take a look at the rest of my blog down the rabbit hole! Lol. Govt pushed the food pyramid back in the 70s 80s with their high carbohydrate sugar diets and look what’s happened!  Lots of obese, sick, cancer, heart disease, diabetes… among supposedly one of the richest brightest countries in the world that’s been led to slaughter!  Govt has made us sugar carb drug addicts where we are over fed on carbs and under nourished!
For now, just be open minded and maybe one might have one’s life changed for the better!

What does a day look like:

I start my day with a couple sips of my SOLE WATER between 7-8am as I'm rising.

I FAST (don’t eat) between 7PM - 4PM:  21 hour intermittent fasting
NO BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING - Contrary to commercial brainwashing, Breakfast is The Worst meal of the day if you're trying to lose weight and get healthy.  It triggers insulin and that's not good bc it prohibits fat burning.  Ancient man wasn't stuffing his face 3 times/ day with tons of sugary snacks in between.  His body was fasting and sometimes for days before the next meal.  
I have fasted 7 days with water 3 times and 3 days without water once.  On carnivore, your body will regularly be in ketosis burning body fat!



COFFEE IS OPTIONAL (since it’s a plant)
 8:30am I drink organic coffee 1-2 cups blended with a stick of grass fed cow butter (KerryGold), or heavy cream.  Newbies can start with a 1/8 of a stick of butter.   I use an entire 4oz stick with my 2 cups of coffee.

Sugars are what is killing us!


No counting carbs or calories on carnivore. Just eat till you’re satiated and satisfied. Can you imagine animals in wild counting carbs!?  Lol. They eat till their full and satisfied. The fake pseudo-food eaten today does not satisfy because an hour later one is hungry again and eats the entire frig! 

It’s weird because I’m Samoan and we’re always hungry. In fact, we don’t stop eating when we are full but only when we’re tired. Lol. That’s why my peeps are so BIG!  LOL

But carnivore is the Samoans Kryptonite where this Samoan just eats once a day or not at all. It’s a weird feeling, not to be always hungry as a Samoan!? LOL

Beef fat is loaded with cholesterol which makes hormones. Hormones are what makes you horny or hungry or full & statisfied.... and much more!!!


Ghrelin and leptin are two of many hormones that control your appetite and fullness. They’re involved in the vast network of pathways that regulate your body weight. 


Leptin decreases your appetite, while ghrelin increases it.

Ghrelin is made in your stomach and signals to your brain when you’re hungry. Your fat cells produce leptin. Leptin lets your brain know when you have enough energy stored and feel “full.”


Ghrelin plays a role in the short-term control of appetite while leptin controls long-term weight control.


When not nourished and satisfied with nutrient dense food, your body gets horny hungry to eat the whole frig!!! Lol.

EXERCISE

Exercise for optimal health with cardio, weights/ resistance and flexibility.  Nothing too insane unless you’re a pro-athlete!  Just move it move it.  Walk a mile 3-5 times a week.  

Or do the 60 second workout 3-5 times/ week.

2-50 yard SPRINTS about 10 seconds each

2-10 push-ups 10 seconds each

2-10 deadlifts 10 seconds each 




Good to be back at my fighting kickass weight 215 lbs.  






SLEEP for optimal health breathing through your nose.  Being on carnivore gets rid of snoring and sleep apnea!  And you sleep like a rock!
