WHERE DOES THE BIBLE SAY GOD LOVES YOU!????

“Christians” today allegedly filled with The Holy Spirit, typically when evangelizing say to non-Christians that “God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life!”  

Are these true statements and what Scriptures would you use to support this?  

Is it possible that some that hears this message reject it, exist in a horrific rest of his/her life, and according to Christian theology end of up in HELL, thus making God’s love and the wonderful plan a LIE?
