CONSTELLATIONS mentioned in Scripture Compiled by Tuese Ahkiong

Scripture is silent on the origin of the star constellation names. The people of YHWH were surrounded by pagan cultures from the beginning to end of the Bible: Canaanite, Egyptian, Babylonian, Assyrian, Greek, Roman… that held to the firmament dome model with stars fixed in the firmament dome which is consistent with the Bible.  Scripture even mentions star constellations by name which infers that God’s people were familiar with the constellations. Plus, sailors for thousands of years have used the stars to navigate the seas.  

The first chapter of the Bible teaches God fixed the stars in the firmament aka dome.  The popular heliocentric sun-worshipping globe model taught by Freemason Jesuit Nazi Zionist Satanist today say the universe is expanding at insane speeds of from their imaginary BIG BANG EXPLOSION!  But we see the same stars in their same seasonal positions for thousands of years!!

The model of ancient cultures including the Bible was we live beneath a firmament dome that the stars are fixed in.

ORION – The Hunter

2.  Job 38:32  “Can you lead forth A CONSTELLATION IN ITS SEASON,

And GUIDE THE BEAR WITH HER SATELLITES?

When the Lord "answered Job out of the whirlwind" in chapter 38 of the Book of Job, He asked him several questions; one of those questions is contained in verse 32 of that chapter; "Canst thou guide ARCTURUS WITH HIS SONS?" the Lord asks Job. ARCTURUS is the Old Testament name that was given to that constellation that we now call "The Great Bear" or the "Plough". The "sons" are probably the seven main stars in the constellation, or possibly the three stars that form the "tail of the bear", or "the handle of the plough". The American Standard Version of the Bible translates the verse "Canst thou guide the bear with her train?"

6.  Acts 28:11  At the end of three months we set sail on an Alexandrian ship which had wintered at the island, and which had the Twin Brothers for its figurehead.

Castor and Pollux.
In Acts chapter 28 when Paul set sail again in verse 11, he set sail, we are told "… in a ship of Alexandria, which had wintered in the isle, whose sign was CASTOR AND POLLUX". Castor and Pollux were the sons of Zeus in Greek mythology and were looked upon as the special guardians of seamen. This being a Greek ship - "of Alexandria", the figurehead was probably a carving of these twin protectors; or, possibly an image of each was fastened on either side of the ship.

7.  Isaiah 13:10  FOR THE STARS OF HEAVEN AND THEIR CONSTELLATIONS

Will not flash forth their light;

The sun will be dark when it rises

And the moon will not shed its light.
